After studying stressors for several years there are still a select few groups that start showing up: thoughts, movement, chemicals, EMG, nutrition/water and temperature. Many of these are then broken down into smaller categories.

Unfortunately many people do not recognize much about stressors outside that of thoughts, or those in their own head. However, all stress summates, so even if you are not aware that your cell phone or food you eat is stressing you out then it will be very difficult to get that feeling and energy you are going for.

Not all stress is bad however. You do need it to survive as it does help you to adapt and grow. That is provided it is the right type of stressor.

By identifying which ones are negatively impacting you now you really can start to look good naked.
