Today I wanted to share a few new thoughts with you on movement.
These are things that I have been thinking about a little differently recently and I feel for the better. It has helped me to express my body better and be in less pain. We cover a range of topics, but the big three that I felt were most important are minimal footwear and mobilizing your feet, letting your balls free and rethinking your sleeping surface.
