Going into this conversation I was aware of and practicing periodization in my lifting, but Karsten gave me a bit of a paradigm shift when he opened up a can of worms to apply periodization to flexibility.
This was something I always thought of as keep stretching and mobilizing, but not always with progressions from different types. I also really enjoyed diving into the mental aspect of strength training, but this went even a little deeper and can be applied to mental capabilities with anything you do or practice.
As usual, Karsten crushed this show and you should certainly check it out and dive into his work.
