A few months back a friend of mine suggested to me to check out Kate’s book and I am certainly glad I listened to him.
How to Heal Your Metabolism does a great job simplifying a lot of nutrition questions out there. Kate is not afraid to talk about why salt, sugar and fat are not only not bad for your, but are an essential part of your diet and she is able to back it up with sound physiology. You will certainly enjoy her insights on the nutrition topic as well as our talks on chronic cardio and stressful states of the body.
