A few months ago I came across Dr. John Rusin’s work and immediately was hooked.
Anytime that I see somebody’s work that stands out from both a proper movement pattern emphasis, that is also in a proper range of motion and that is not just the easiest exercises in the world, then I am interested. After being able to speak with John for an hour I am even more excited. For people that are really serious about being able to train pain free and really transform their bodies, then he is really on the right track with Functional Hypertrophy Training as well as with the countless articles he writes.
