Recently I saw an article about Chef Allen Campbell and his work with Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.

After reading how he cooks for them and learning more about his own values on food, I knew I immediately had to reach out to him for a chat. It is not everyday that a chef will cook with mostly plants and throw in high quality animal foods when needed. Chef Allen really can be the pioneer of this revolution and the raising of food consciousness not only for those he cooks for, but for other chefs to help spread the message that food matters. After listening to this you will certainly be thinking about having a personal chef like him and always making sure to eat at the best restaurants in town.

I also enjoyed learning about Alice Waters and her leading of the farm to table movement.
