I was introduced to Jamie by a mutual friend Christopher Peacock.
He was sure that we would have a great conversation and he was right. Jamie helped to simplify some of the thoughts in Ayurveda for me when it comes to food and how it is grown. This is something that I am still thinking about for help with cooling my body down, since I am often very hot and yang with my drive. Those of you that fit in here may want to listen up as well.
