It is always fun learning about new techniques and Zach certainly did that when teaching me about blood flow restriction for healing, strength and hypertrophy training.
He is very knowledgeable and great at making complex topics simple for people to really understand and implement. After that we were able to dive into lifting and getting strong as hell. The conversation went from Juggernaut Training to Westside Barbell and a little bit more on the infamous Louie Simmons.
Another must listen to episode that I certainly had a bunch of fun with!
